Help / Veggies Empty
PostSubject: Help / Veggies   Help / Veggies EmptyFri Sep 21, 2012 2:11 pm

Hello Everyone ... Happy Friday!!! Can anyone let me know a few options of veggies I can give my girl on daily basis. She likes tomato's but I give her just a very small piece every week because I read that you can't give to gliders on daily basis. Also can I give her papaya and cantaloupe on daily basis? Thanks in advanced.

Hi Doxys. Here is a link to where you will find a list of safe fruits and veggies that you can feed your little ones.

Papaya and cantaloupe are great fruits to feed. If you are feeding a diet that consists of high calcium you will want to limit the papaya to only twice a week as it is high in calcium.
