I just thought this was interesting

[Large] Eggs have 43 mgs of calcium. BOILED eggs have 220mg of phosphorus and SCRAMBLED eggs and 190mg of phosphorus. So Boiled eggs have a .20:1 ratio and Scrambled eggs have a .23:1 ratio.
Pork Chops have 10mg of cal to 180 mg of phos to equal a .06:1 ratio
Ground Beef has 18mg of cal to 220mg of phos to equal a .08:1 ratio
Boiled Chicken has NO calcium and 190 mg of phosphorus so it has 0 ratio.
But the BIGGEST surprise is Boiled Shrimp!
3 oz of boiled shrimp has 61mg cal and 11.63mg phos to equal a ratio of 5.25:1
