Ok, so I just played with something on the one of the calculators and discovered that my upping the portion size of whatever the lower ratio food is you can achieve that ratio.
For example 1 cup of honeydew and 2 cups of papaya is 2.45:1, but if you do 3 cups of honeydew and 2 cups of papaya the ratio goes to 1.48:1.
In other words you can use the same recipes that are there for other diets, but just up the lower ratio foods to adjust it accordingly.
